WOMC knock it outta the park. WOMC went above and beyond to insure my gifts arrived on time. Fedex never delivered my order but showed it being signed for misspelling my name. I texted WOMC who expedited replacements so I would get them in time and shipped to my office where I was sure to receive it. I'm very impressed with how they handled the situation and how quickly. Everyone I've given the wine or port gifts to have loved them and were extremely happy to have received such a unique and satisfying gift. I highly recommend WOMC for personal and professional wine/port gifts. 10 Stars, not 5.

I only order from Wine of The Month I am always confident that the wines offered are selected with absolute care and precision. The descriptions are spot on and trustworthy. I only use Wine of The Month for our family and gifting to others knowing full well that what I choose from here is fail safe. Paul's enthusiasm is contagious and his knowledge is a treasure.

I understand you are going out of… I understand you are going out of business but to receive 2 duplicates of wine seems a little unacceptable. The staff tried to make it better by sending me some items I would classify as junk. It was a nice effort to please, but didn't quite make the issue better.

Resolved Right Away! I was having trouble with the website & I sent a not-so-nice message to Customer Service. They were absolutely wonderful to deal with & resolved my problem right away! I was able to reorder the same Wine of the Month Club membership for my friend as I did last year. It was a big hit, & no doubt they will love it just as much this year!

Bad communication Bad communication. very hard to get responses and follow ups. was not a good idea to use this service for a wedding gift.
