GBI understand you are going out of… I understand you are going out of business but to receive 2 duplicates of wine seems a little unacceptable. The staff tried to make it better by sending me some items I would classify as junk. It was a nice effort to please, but didn't quite make the issue better.

GBEverything Just Works Wine shows up in good shape, never had any breakage. Good selection, including many wines that you simply can't get at even the big wine places. Interface was easy to use, and the prices were fair. I gave my wife one of the club memberships that do curated selections (she's a big Rose fan), and she was delighted. So far so good fellas, keep up the good work!

GBWebsite easy to use Website easy to use. Took catalogue mailing discount code. Gave plenty of opportunities to verify order and addresses. Only suggestion, a way to change wine type on reorder so not have to set up new.

GBMembership feel without the commitment I really appreciate being able to set up a wine membership gift for someone without having to commit to a monthly membership fee. It was appreciated to pay one full price but get the monthly frequency arranged. I don’t have to track canceling or get added fees this way. I think the website mobile experience could improve. I had a hard time getting through the pages because it didn’t cooperate as easy as it could have. Other than that, I hope the wine is well received as this is a gift. So I can’t review that part yet!

GBResolved Right Away! I was having trouble with the website & I sent a not-so-nice message to Customer Service. They were absolutely wonderful to deal with & resolved my problem right away! I was able to reorder the same Wine of the Month Club membership for my friend as I did last year. It was a big hit, & no doubt they will love it just as much this year!
