GBSpecial service, great wines We travel quite a bit so every time I place an order, I get a call from customer service asking if we are going to be home for the delivery. That is special customer service to me. I have been a customer probably for almost 30 years.

GBWife's annual Christmas gift Been very happy for several years with this as a gift to my wife for Christmas. Decided to maybe switch it up this year but after researching thoroughly no other monthly club has the variety and more important the quality you offer.

GBUnderwhelmed There was no notice that my package was on it's way and showed up unexpectedly. After worrying about being around to sign for it - no signature was required. It was a gift and arrived without a gift box and my personalized message. Customer service was not super responsive or accommodating. Only offered to email something, which I still have not received a day later.

GBI understand you are going out of… I understand you are going out of business but to receive 2 duplicates of wine seems a little unacceptable. The staff tried to make it better by sending me some items I would classify as junk. It was a nice effort to please, but didn't quite make the issue better.
