GBI understand you are going out of… I understand you are going out of business but to receive 2 duplicates of wine seems a little unacceptable. The staff tried to make it better by sending me some items I would classify as junk. It was a nice effort to please, but didn't quite make the issue better.

GBPrevious mystery box had much better… Previous mystery box had much better wines. Many of these were average and available on cellar tracker for under $10, which means we paid for what we got. No bargain here. Two welcome exceptions were the Loica Cabernet from Maipo Valley and the Colarossi Family Vineyard Zinfandel from Lodi Native.

GBResolved Right Away! I was having trouble with the website & I sent a not-so-nice message to Customer Service. They were absolutely wonderful to deal with & resolved my problem right away! I was able to reorder the same Wine of the Month Club membership for my friend as I did last year. It was a big hit, & no doubt they will love it just as much this year!

GBCustomer service very helpful with several questions not made clear on the online terms and conditions… I had to call to ask a question about a one-time gift. Your customer service rep was very helpful. I suggest you make you terms and conditions a little more clear for "one-time gift givers." Also, in trying to keep this as a secret, I had to make a call. Again, customer service rep came through with helpful instructions.

GBI only order from Wine of The Month I am always confident that the wines offered are selected with absolute care and precision. The descriptions are spot on and trustworthy. I only use Wine of The Month for our family and gifting to others knowing full well that what I choose from here is fail safe. Paul's enthusiasm is contagious and his knowledge is a treasure.
