GBI understand you are going out of… I understand you are going out of business but to receive 2 duplicates of wine seems a little unacceptable. The staff tried to make it better by sending me some items I would classify as junk. It was a nice effort to please, but didn't quite make the issue better.

GBBest wine club I received this as a gift and Ive kept it going for years. It’s fun receiving a mystery box of wine each month. WOMC is very dependable and personable. They know what I like and send a variety from those regions or types of wines. Also, they will call or message me if have questions or something is wrong with shipping like bad weather.

GBUnderwhelmed There was no notice that my package was on it's way and showed up unexpectedly. After worrying about being around to sign for it - no signature was required. It was a gift and arrived without a gift box and my personalized message. Customer service was not super responsive or accommodating. Only offered to email something, which I still have not received a day later.
