Your customer service rep was very helpful. I suggest you make you terms and conditions a little more clear for "one-time gift givers." Also, in trying to keep this as a secret, I had to make a call. Again, customer service rep came through with helpful instructions.

USUnderwhelmed There was no notice that my package was on it's way and showed up unexpectedly. After worrying about being around to sign for it - no signature was required. It was a gift and arrived without a gift box and my personalized message. Customer service was not super responsive or accommodating. Only offered to email something, which I still have not received a day later.

USI understand you are going out of… I understand you are going out of business but to receive 2 duplicates of wine seems a little unacceptable. The staff tried to make it better by sending me some items I would classify as junk. It was a nice effort to please, but didn't quite make the issue better.
