This has been a gift for friends for… This has been a gift for friends for many years. They love it. Yet, it would be nice to get a reminder from your company once this order has been completely filled over the next 12 months.

WOMC knock it outta the park. WOMC went above and beyond to insure my gifts arrived on time. Fedex never delivered my order but showed it being signed for misspelling my name. I texted WOMC who expedited replacements so I would get them in time and shipped to my office where I was sure to receive it. I'm very impressed with how they handled the situation and how quickly. Everyone I've given the wine or port gifts to have loved them and were extremely happy to have received such a unique and satisfying gift. I highly recommend WOMC for personal and professional wine/port gifts. 10 Stars, not 5.

I understand you are going out of… I understand you are going out of business but to receive 2 duplicates of wine seems a little unacceptable. The staff tried to make it better by sending me some items I would classify as junk. It was a nice effort to please, but didn't quite make the issue better.

Customer service very helpful with several questions not made clear on the online terms and conditions… I had to call to ask a question about a one-time gift. Your customer service rep was very helpful. I suggest you make you terms and conditions a little more clear for "one-time gift givers." Also, in trying to keep this as a secret, I had to make a call. Again, customer service rep came through with helpful instructions.

Website easy to use Website easy to use. Took catalogue mailing discount code. Gave plenty of opportunities to verify order and addresses. Only suggestion, a way to change wine type on reorder so not have to set up new.
