CAI have been a client for over 10 years I have been a client for over 10 years. The company has gone through a few iterations over that time, and they all mostly were very service-orientated and attentive to detail, especially the current folks. The VinCellar web client is pretty phenomenal. Bottom line: you can trust Vinfolio with your precious wine collection. There is no safer place for it, in my opinion.

GBthey actually lost my wine!! I have been a customer for at least 10 years. I am beyond disappointed that Vinfolio and Vincellar have lost bttles of wine that was purchased more than a Has Vinfolio become the new "Premier Cru" - what is going on with this company!

GBstill waiting Wine that I ordered on pre-arrival finally arrived and I asked to have it shipped 2-day and my credit card was charged ($120) for the shipping, and that was over a week ago and still no wine. Leaves me wondering if I got scammed. After making contact, my wine was shipped overnight and they credited my card for the shipping. So in the end I got some awesome wine for my home cellar. Just wish I didn't have to go round in circles to get it.

FRTerrible - stay away Terrible. Despite buying over USD 50K of wine through Vinfolio, cannot get a proper recap of the bottles I own and stored at Vinfolio, nor a recap of the orders I placed over the years. As if they were stolen... Emails are not being returned, forget phone calls. Some older Krug vintages (80's) bought through Vinfolio turned out to be bad, probably weren't transported right, or bought from unreliable sources. Complete disaster. Stay away.
