GBWe are all overcoming challenges these days :) I have had a few issues with wines arriving at Vinfolio recently (I understand some lags have occurred based on logistics and COVID). I was satisfied overall with the VF responses, but did need to push a bit to get all the fixes in a timely basis. I am such a fan of Vinfolio in many other ways that I just attributed this to a one-time challenge. If it weren't for this, I would rate VF customer service a 5.

GBDelays I ordered a bottle of 1977 Port as a gift to my hosts at Thanksgiving. I paid for Fedex Two-Day Delivery. After a few false starts, I received my Port overnight. I leave on Monday, November 20th for the big event and am very happy that Vinfolio went out of its way to help me. All is well.

GBVinfolio offers great wine choices and customer service Vinfolio offers great wine choices and competitive prices. The individual we work with knows us and recommends wines based on that knowledge. He also gives us opportunities to try new wines and champagnes. If there is ever a problem, they stand behind the sale and take steps necessary to fix the issue. We've been buying great wines from Vinfolio for over a decade.

CAI have been a client for over 10 years I have been a client for over 10 years. The company has gone through a few iterations over that time, and they all mostly were very service-orientated and attentive to detail, especially the current folks. The VinCellar web client is pretty phenomenal. Bottom line: you can trust Vinfolio with your precious wine collection. There is no safer place for it, in my opinion.
