GBstill waiting Wine that I ordered on pre-arrival finally arrived and I asked to have it shipped 2-day and my credit card was charged ($120) for the shipping, and that was over a week ago and still no wine. Leaves me wondering if I got scammed. After making contact, my wine was shipped overnight and they credited my card for the shipping. So in the end I got some awesome wine for my home cellar. Just wish I didn't have to go round in circles to get it.

She has been terrific. Vinfolio sources the very best wines from all major regions.

GBI like the Wines you have and the… I like the Wines you have and the service of your people is always great! What I don't like is that you have some wines in the list that you really don't have, I've been Asking for Fontalloro since February, This July you still have it in the list and I had to cancel it because you don't have it! I also would like a specific shipment method, its difficult to ship a purchase instead of sending it to VInfolios Cellar!

CAI have been a client for over 10 years I have been a client for over 10 years. The company has gone through a few iterations over that time, and they all mostly were very service-orientated and attentive to detail, especially the current folks. The VinCellar web client is pretty phenomenal. Bottom line: you can trust Vinfolio with your precious wine collection. There is no safer place for it, in my opinion.

GBNo issues to date... My sincere apologies. The former negative shipping review was for another company sharing a similar name that ships UPS and was a total fail. I've had absolutely no issues with orders or shipping from Vinfolio. Thanks for flagging the prior review so I could correct it.
