GBNo issues to date... My sincere apologies. The former negative shipping review was for another company sharing a similar name that ships UPS and was a total fail. I've had absolutely no issues with orders or shipping from Vinfolio. Thanks for flagging the prior review so I could correct it.

GBI am not sure what happened to this… I am not sure what happened to this company, but there is a DISTINCT change in the customer service. I have sent probably 100 cases of wine over the years to be sold on the site and never have had any issues with getting accurate reports in a timely manner. And if there was an issue, it was a quick call that got my question answered. Now, NO ONE answers the phone!! The reports are late and give little information. I am actually being a little generous giving 2 stars.

MXSometimes questions and such not answered easily In general I find VF quite good. Sometimes I have trouble trying to get responses to questions. For instance, I have pending a question about charges for use of their cellar and no answer yet after at least 3 weeks.

GBDelays I ordered a bottle of 1977 Port as a gift to my hosts at Thanksgiving. I paid for Fedex Two-Day Delivery. After a few false starts, I received my Port overnight. I leave on Monday, November 20th for the big event and am very happy that Vinfolio went out of its way to help me. All is well.

GBstill waiting Wine that I ordered on pre-arrival finally arrived and I asked to have it shipped 2-day and my credit card was charged ($120) for the shipping, and that was over a week ago and still no wine. Leaves me wondering if I got scammed. After making contact, my wine was shipped overnight and they credited my card for the shipping. So in the end I got some awesome wine for my home cellar. Just wish I didn't have to go round in circles to get it.
