Great first impression! I am building a cold room in my garage and needed a new wall mounted drip tray. Great communicaition I was immediately contacted by the company confirming my order. I was told it would ship in a couple days and two days later I received the shipping confirmation. The only reason I did not give five stars is that it took a couple days to ship. Overall, very happy with the order, check out, and follow up communication.

Good Experience I was impressed that withing a couple of hours, I received an email confirming the order. Also was good with the pricing, and did receive another email with a tracking #. It was too bad that the order took 7 days to arrive, but it was right around the Thanksgiving Holiday, so I will give it a pass. I would definitely buy from them again. Although it would be nice to see a live chat since I ended up ordering the wrong pressure relief valve.

Fast, accurate, and personal touch. I ordered a new CO2 regulator and manifold, and within an hour received an email back from the head of the company thanking me for my order and letting me know it would ship as soon as possible. Pricing seemed to be fair, the items arrived well-packed and in good condition, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. My only complaint is that I never received a tracking number or confirmation when the items actually shipped. But given that it arrived quickly and accurately, I don't mind too much.
