Great communicaition I was immediately contacted by the company confirming my order. I was told it would ship in a couple days and two days later I received the shipping confirmation. The only reason I did not give five stars is that it took a couple days to ship. Overall, very happy with the order, check out, and follow up communication.

Great customer service! Definitely doing business with them again!!! I had problems ordering through their site last weekend (their site/server/host was having problems). Turns out, my order went through, I just didn't receive an email when my order was placed. I did however receive an email directly from someone at the company (on Sunday) stating that my order was received, and that their site was having problems sending emails. I was very impressed with the 1 on 1 communication and support that received regarding my order.

AWESOME!!! Great Prices, great customer service, great website, great company! Ordered my first home keg kit from them. Had it within a week and now have my home brewed beer on draft! Will definitely be a repeat customer, especially with the coupons and specials they have all the time!

Good Experience I was impressed that withing a couple of hours, I received an email confirming the order. Also was good with the pricing, and did receive another email with a tracking #. It was too bad that the order took 7 days to arrive, but it was right around the Thanksgiving Holiday, so I will give it a pass. I would definitely buy from them again. Although it would be nice to see a live chat since I ended up ordering the wrong pressure relief valve.

5 stars all the way! So this is why i give them 5 stars. I have never owned or put together components for a keg. Everything they sent me was so simple and well thought out for the customer take on. Their youtube videos are very helpful and precise if you need a visual to help you along. I got my keg up and going but was still not right. Their customer service is fantastic and I will keep coming back to these guys all day long for any supplies and advice. One stop shop.
