Great customer service! Definitely doing business with them again!!! I had problems ordering through their site last weekend (their site/server/host was having problems). Turns out, my order went through, I just didn't receive an email when my order was placed. I did however receive an email directly from someone at the company (on Sunday) stating that my order was received, and that their site was having problems sending emails. I was very impressed with the 1 on 1 communication and support that received regarding my order.

The team here answered all my questions, and even followed up on my order to let me know I'd chosen all the right components for my system. They were in touch promptly about a back ordered product, with a solution. I had some freight damage on delivery (totally not their fault), and they went above and beyond to solve that as well. Love my new nitro coffee setup, products are great, prices were great and Keg Outlet offers fantastic service.

Excellent Customer Service This being my first experience with crating a home bar, I was looking for an affordable co2 keg system. The website offered a variety of options, as well as explained how the system worked. I had a few questions I submitted via email and all were replied within a few minutes, or the next business day. Only complaint was that the 5% discount you get for joining their mailing list negates the ability to select the flat rate $9.99 shipping option. Perhaps for someone who is purchasing a more expensive option can afford the savings.

Artisan Coffee Roaster I am an Artisan Coffee Roaster in the process of opening a retail coffee bar. I was introduced to nitro coffee a year ago. I started playing putting a 'home' system together.
