GBGood Experience I was impressed that withing a couple of hours, I received an email confirming the order. Also was good with the pricing, and did receive another email with a tracking #. It was too bad that the order took 7 days to arrive, but it was right around the Thanksgiving Holiday, so I will give it a pass. I would definitely buy from them again. Although it would be nice to see a live chat since I ended up ordering the wrong pressure relief valve.

GBLove the Brew Bucket! Received my brewbucket on Friday. Used it immediately that night as a bottling/kegging bucket - I know its primary design is as a fermenter, but the spigot makes it great for racking beer, too. Today I brewed a new batch of beer and its in the bucket now fermenting. It's just easy. Easy to clean and sanitize. Easy to seal with the 4 spring loaded clamps. And easy to move with the handles. After 20 years I am done with glass carboys and siphons! Keg Outlet are great to deal with. Good communication and personal connection with the owners. I also bought a corny keg from them at a very reasonable price and in great condition.

GBGreat customer service! Definitely doing business with them again!!! I had problems ordering through their site last weekend (their site/server/host was having problems). Turns out, my order went through, I just didn't receive an email when my order was placed. I did however receive an email directly from someone at the company (on Sunday) stating that my order was received, and that their site was having problems sending emails. I was very impressed with the 1 on 1 communication and support that received regarding my order.
