Good Experience I was impressed that withing a couple of hours, I received an email confirming the order. Also was good with the pricing, and did receive another email with a tracking #. It was too bad that the order took 7 days to arrive, but it was right around the Thanksgiving Holiday, so I will give it a pass. I would definitely buy from them again. Although it would be nice to see a live chat since I ended up ordering the wrong pressure relief valve.

5 stars all the way! So this is why i give them 5 stars. I have never owned or put together components for a keg. Everything they sent me was so simple and well thought out for the customer take on. Their youtube videos are very helpful and precise if you need a visual to help you along. I got my keg up and going but was still not right. Their customer service is fantastic and I will keep coming back to these guys all day long for any supplies and advice. One stop shop.

Excellent Customer Service This being my first experience with crating a home bar, I was looking for an affordable co2 keg system. The website offered a variety of options, as well as explained how the system worked. I had a few questions I submitted via email and all were replied within a few minutes, or the next business day. Only complaint was that the 5% discount you get for joining their mailing list negates the ability to select the flat rate $9.99 shipping option. Perhaps for someone who is purchasing a more expensive option can afford the savings.

Amazing Service, Great Products Had a great experience from end to end. The team here answered all my questions, and even followed up on my order to let me know I'd chosen all the right components for my system. They were in touch promptly about a back ordered product, with a solution. I had some freight damage on delivery (totally not their fault), and they went above and beyond to solve that as well.
