5 stars all the way! So this is why i give them 5 stars. I have never owned or put together components for a keg. Everything they sent me was so simple and well thought out for the customer take on. Their youtube videos are very helpful and precise if you need a visual to help you along. I got my keg up and going but was still not right. Their customer service is fantastic and I will keep coming back to these guys all day long for any supplies and advice. One stop shop.

Artisan Coffee Roaster I am an Artisan Coffee Roaster in the process of opening a retail coffee bar. I was introduced to nitro coffee a year ago. I started playing putting a 'home' system together. With the opening of The Urban Cup nitro was a must. So I had to take my gear and knowledge to a new level. Brandan and Keg Outlet are my 'GoTo'. They have been responsive...which seems to be an art form today...knowledgeable and helpful. I retrofitted a beer kegerator with Brandan's guidance and Keg Outlet gear. Keg Outlet has earned my business.

AWESOME!!! Great Prices, great customer service, great website, great company! Ordered my first home keg kit from them. Had it within a week and now have my home brewed beer on draft! Will definitely be a repeat customer, especially with the coupons and specials they have all the time!

Fast, accurate, and personal touch. I ordered a new CO2 regulator and manifold, and within an hour received an email back from the head of the company thanking me for my order and letting me know it would ship as soon as possible. Pricing seemed to be fair, the items arrived well-packed and in good condition, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. My only complaint is that I never received a tracking number or confirmation when the items actually shipped. But given that it arrived quickly and accurately, I don't mind too much.

Had and Issue - Handled Well I ordered a conical fermenter the unfortunately was not eligible for a 5% discount. The company emailed me an explanation why within a few hours and actually gave me the 5% (which was unnecessary). They are a little difficult to get a hold of on the phone, but I really like supporting small businesses. I received my shipping info within 2 days of placing the order. It is easy to say you give great customer service but it is harder to actually deliver. Keg Outlet does indeed deliver I will order from them again.
