Fast, accurate, and personal touch. I ordered a new CO2 regulator and manifold, and within an hour received an email back from the head of the company thanking me for my order and letting me know it would ship as soon as possible. Pricing seemed to be fair, the items arrived well-packed and in good condition, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. My only complaint is that I never received a tracking number or confirmation when the items actually shipped. But given that it arrived quickly and accurately, I don't mind too much.

Amazing Service Great products, amazing service! Needed some particular kit (5 head secondary regulators and 8" stainless steel shanks). Placed an order with a note explaining my (short timeline) situation. Immediately got an email from Brendan. He assembled and shipped what he could. He contacted the manufacturer to secure additional stock and arranged shipment direct to me to meet my timeline. And kept in communication the entire time. Amazing experience. If you aren't using Keg Outlet as your supplier you should be!

Amazing Service, Great Products Had a great experience from end to end. The team here answered all my questions, and even followed up on my order to let me know I'd chosen all the right components for my system. They were in touch promptly about a back ordered product, with a solution. I had some freight damage on delivery (totally not their fault), and they went above and beyond to solve that as well. Love my new nitro coffee setup, products are great, prices were great and Keg Outlet offers fantastic service.

Great customer service! Definitely doing business with them again!!! I had problems ordering through their site last weekend (their site/server/host was having problems). Turns out, my order went through, I just didn't receive an email when my order was placed. I did however receive an email directly from someone at the company (on Sunday) stating that my order was received, and that their site was having problems sending emails. I was very impressed with the 1 on 1 communication and support that received regarding my order.
