The only beer distributor in the metro … The only beer distributor in the metro area to be responsive at any time of the day and always meets our needs. We've had other beer distributors give us the runaround and had one actually not show up with our keg when promised. We never had that issue with NYGrocery. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Amazing online customer service! I was having some trouble confirming an online order so I used the "Chat with us" option in the lower right hand corner of my browser. I immediately received a response from "Chatty" who was prepared and ready to assist me! Chatty stayed online to insure that my order was processed accurately. Great service and products They truly "deliver" the goods. They indicate they try and fill the orders within two hours and they actually do get the orders out within that timeframe. Much faster than say Fresh Direct. The groceries are all packed well, no issues. All in all very reliable, fast service here in NYC.

Good selection, excellent customer support and quick turnaround I ordered a few kegs of beer for our clients in NYC the entire ordering process was smooth. I had a payment issue for which I reached out to customer support. The support seems a bit slow but very helpful. They took sometime but came up with a workaround for my international credit card. My onsite staff received the kegs on time without any issues. Overall great experience i would definitely use this again.

A few times I have received… A few times I have received substitutions I didn't like, such as Baked Lays not real Lays, $3 creamy ranch when I ordered $7 Maries salad dressing, ranch dip not onion, chocolate cookies not peanut butter....so use their write-in section to specify if you're picky! Sometimes they call to okay subs, but not always
