This happens, its not a big deal, but I reached out to let them know, not for a refund, but in case there was a larger issue with that vintage shipment. They very promptly responded, and assured me they were looking into the issue, and offered reward points to cover the cost of the bottle. I really appreciate the grwt service.

USA great experience! My husband and I are on our second box and are loving it so far! We plan 4 meals a month to specially fit the wine pairing recommendations and make a true pairing experience out of it. We also love that the bottles aren’t something you can pick up in any old liquor store. Highly recommend!

USI tried other wine subscriptions but… I tried other wine subscriptions but the others don't really try to understand your palate like Bright Cellars. They call you and really try to understand every little thing you might like and not like to give you the best picks for you. I'm staying with Bright Cellars. I also love that I can post pone boxes easily in case I have too much wine still in my fridge.

USEither gives you another chore or doesn’t deliver and charges you for it One of the big draws for Bright Cellars for me was the delivery. The two options for delivery companies either meant they wouldn’t attempt a delivery and you’d need to pick it up After multiple “failed attempts” or no flexibility to change delivery times resulting in them returning to sender. If you email them about this the best they can give you is a partial refund minus the 25 dollar delivery fee. This company is full of vultures.

USGreat Wine. Even Better Customer Service. The wine selections have been nice. I really enjoy having the pairing and notes cards that accompany them whether for me or as an upgrade to gifting just a bottle of wine. The customer service is stellar and that’s always the most important aspect for me.
