GBI ordered three bottles I ordered three bottles, and was initially a little put off to receive two messages offering a discount on a fourth bottle. But when I spoke to the rep on the phone and explained why I could not buy a fourth bottle at this time -- and he explained it's just that the shipping packages fit four bottles (for the same shipping price), and so they try to ship them full -- my three-bottle order shipped out immediately. I really appreciated his friendly understanding, and the wine arrived promptly. I've only had one of the wines so far, but it was great!

GBJason was incredible Jason was incredible, I had to amend my order many times.. and he was so accommodating and patient. Tommy helped us with the delivery and he was super friendly as well. We'll always depend on VINOvations and Jason for any events or client orders!

GBI'll give you 5 stars- but.....initial… I'll give you 5 stars- but.....initial contact was courteous, but- 2 voicemails were unanswered, and though wine finally arrived late not due to VINOvations fault (UPS delivery date was changed due to a late truck) I finally got my wine.

GBI cannot say how happy I am to find… I cannot say how happy I am to find vinovations!!! I was looking for Moldovan wine and they are the only ones having a great variety of selection and also delivering to Los Angeles. Very professional and pleasant experience! Will definitely order again.

GBFirst time buyer I was looking a particular wine and found it on VINOvations. This was a little older and difficult to find. The customer service team called me to update me on their findings of 6 bottles and ask me for a couple more days to find and I agreed. Two days later, I received my shipping notification. Thank you for great service and wine selection!
