Service issues Initial order took more than a week before any action. They then told me the 2016 vintage I ordered was not available, but offered two later vintages. I finally accepted for eight 2017 bottles and seven 2018 bottles. The packing slip I received showed that, but the box contained ten 2017 bottles and five 2018 bottles. So nothing terrible, but just a little sloppy.

Happy Vinovations customer I was so happy to find Vinovations on my perpetual search for Moldovan wines sold in the US. I was also very pleased with the selection that included my absolute favorites and a lot of new items to try. Best part is the customer service, it is top notch, fast, effective and efficient, very professional. I got my big box of happiness in no time, delivered to my door, handled with utmost care. Also got a discount on my next purchase, which is always a great touch. I will be coming back for more. Thank you for bringing a taste of home all the way to California!

I live near Napa Valley I live near Napa Valley, the heart of wine country, and I could not locate that special vintage from Viansa Winery. The bottle is a 2010 Pinot, the Anniversary of my daughter’s wedding at the Winery. VINOvations came to the rescue and in a timely fashion. Thank you for the excellent service.

The wine was very exceptional!! The wine was very exceptional and bottles were beautiful with the laser etching.
