I chose you folks because my mother in… I chose you folks because my mother in law loved the variety. Our first delivery we received six bottles as we were supposed to. However we received three varieties, two of each. I thought we would have six choices to sample and choose some favorites With that said the wine is good and going forward I hope to be able to have more to choose from. Thank you

First time buyer I was looking a particular wine and found it on VINOvations. This was a little older and difficult to find. The customer service team called me to update me on their findings of 6 bottles and ask me for a couple more days to find and I agreed. Two days later, I received my shipping notification. I placed an online order I placed an online order. They called promptly and offered to arrange an alternative shipment as they did not have available what their website allowed me to order, 12 bottles which I agreed to. New invoice showed 12 bottles to be sent. 9 bottles arrived. They have not returned emails or phone calls regarding missing bottles for two months (can easily verify only 9 were sent by shipping weight if they don't believe me). When I filed a complaint with paypal, they we less than forthcoming about the details. I really hoped they would finish my order that I have paid for, but I feel other consumers should be aware as I would not expect this from a reputable company who truly values its customers. I guess I learned my lesson about ordering certain items on the internet.
