I placed an online order I placed an online order. They called promptly and offered to arrange an alternative shipment as they did not have available what their website allowed me to order, 12 bottles which I agreed to. New invoice showed 12 bottles to be sent. 9 bottles arrived. They have not returned emails or phone calls regarding missing bottles for two months (can easily verify only 9 were sent by shipping weight if they don't believe me). When I filed a complaint with paypal, they we less than forthcoming about the details. I really hoped they would finish my order that I have paid for, but I feel other consumers should be aware as I would not expect this from a reputable company who truly values its customers. I guess I learned my lesson about ordering certain items on the internet.

I ordered three bottles I ordered three bottles, and was initially a little put off to receive two messages offering a discount on a fourth bottle. But when I spoke to the rep on the phone and explained why I could not buy a fourth bottle at this time -- and he explained it's just that the shipping packages fit four bottles (for the same shipping price), and so they try to ship them full -- my three-bottle order shipped out immediately. I really appreciated his friendly understanding, and the wine arrived promptly. I've only had one of the wines so far, but it was great!

Excellent Unique Venue - Sometimes you just get lucky! Sometimes you just get lucky. We had a major family event the weekend of the Patriots playoff weekend. We could not get a restaurant to allow us to reserve a room anywhere in the area. A friend of ours told us about Vinovations. Trish at Vinovations proposed an event that included wine tasting and food that worked for both our budget and timing. We had family in from all over the country. The venue provided for great social interactions and mingling. Everyone loved the food and the chance to taste many different wines. The staff was very attentive. We received several texts and emails from our friends and family who attended how how unique the experience was and how much fun they had. I would definitely recommend you consider Vinovations for your event.

I live near Napa Valley I live near Napa Valley, the heart of wine country, and I could not locate that special vintage from Viansa Winery. The bottle is a 2010 Pinot, the Anniversary of my daughter’s wedding at the Winery. VINOvations came to the rescue and in a timely fashion. Thank you for the excellent service.
