I've used them for years and find that doing manual verification myself is quicker, but I have the time to do that. The last report I ordered for just credit/criminal/eviction was back same day! Have used Landlord Station on and off… Have used Landlord Station on and off whenever I need them to help me screen a new tenant. Thankfully, because the screening is perfect to what degree I need, I haven't had to find too many replacement tenants! Much functionality, of which I don't even use, but am glad that it is there if I need it!
