Great Background Check We have used Landlord Station for many years. They handle their research quickly & efficiently. They also get their return background check in a very timely manner.

Repeat customer The more I use the service the more I trust and like it. I had a prospective tenant that I was thinking I was going to approve that turned out to have had two past evictions recently. The other screening services I have used did not search for evictions.

Thankfully, because the screening is perfect to what degree I need, I haven't had to find too many replacement tenants! Much functionality, of which I don't even use, but am glad that it is there if I need it!

The service was fast The credit & background check service was fast. The customer service response to my questions was also fast and thorough. It would've been helpful if they would've provided a scoring range directly on the report in which to reference the resident score though.

So Helpful for Landlords So helpful as a landlord, would definitely recommend and use again! I've used them for years and find that doing manual verification myself is quicker, but I have the time to do that. The last report I ordered for just credit/criminal/eviction was back same day!
