Compred to another online background… Compred to another online background check which I don't use, landlord station is detailed enough for me that it helps me feel comfortable with a new tenant. I require a trust trust relationship with my tenants. I tell them this after landlord systion has helped me accept them Being this is hard enough without continual problems from a tenant. I will NOT do business with the untrustable or irresponsibile. A peaceful community that does not make. That damages the reputation I have built and causes an unhealthy environment.

Have used Landlord Station on and off… Have used Landlord Station on and off whenever I need them to help me screen a new tenant. Thankfully, because the screening is perfect to what degree I need, I haven't had to find too many replacement tenants! Much functionality, of which I don't even use, but am glad that it is there if I need it!

I liked the process of only needing an… I liked the process of only needing an email address to request a tenant screening instead of an application with a persons private information. It made the request simple & more secure. The turnaround time for results was fast. I will use this service every time I have a rental vacancy.

I have used Landlord station for years. I have used Landlord station for years. I think they are always looking for ways to improve. I like being able to customize my application for renters. I like deciding when to send a credit check to prospective tenants. I like how quickly they get back in the credit checks. I wish that the rent collection system were quicker.
