I like deciding when to send a credit check to prospective tenants. I like how quickly they get back in the credit checks. I wish that the rent collection system were quicker.

I require a trust trust relationship with my tenants. I tell them this after landlord systion has helped me accept them Being this is hard enough without continual problems from a tenant. I will NOT do business with the untrustable or irresponsibile. A peaceful community that does not make. That damages the reputation I have built and causes an unhealthy environment.
