Thankfully, because the screening is perfect to what degree I need, I haven't had to find too many replacement tenants! Much functionality, of which I don't even use, but am glad that it is there if I need it!

I will NOT do business with the untrustable or irresponsibile. A peaceful community that does not make. That damages the reputation I have built and causes an unhealthy environment.
