It made the request simple & more secure. The turnaround time for results was fast. I will use this service every time I have a rental vacancy.

I've used them for years and find that doing manual verification myself is quicker, but I have the time to do that. The last report I ordered for just credit/criminal/eviction was back same day! We have been using Landlord Station for… We have been using Landlord Station for years now. We have been happy with the credit, eviction, and background checks portion. It's the most important part of our application process, and Landlord Station has made this process alot easier.

Improvements Needed It doesn’t appear the income was verified. Also, I used the pulldown menu to determine the cost in advance to charge the potential tenants, but when I actually purchased the report I learned you charged $5 more for additional information in the report. It was too late to charge the tenant for this. This need to be fixed.
