GBImprovements Needed It doesn’t appear the income was verified. Also, I used the pulldown menu to determine the cost in advance to charge the potential tenants, but when I actually purchased the report I learned you charged $5 more for additional information in the report. It was too late to charge the tenant for this. This need to be fixed.

GBYou couldn't run a report for a client You couldn't run a report for a client. Reason is not specified but I try to contact you via email and got no response. I have never received credit for the records that you are not able to get but that were paid for. Last client that this happened with is Yusmaydi Tabares. Please issue the credit, this tenant will not longer be renting with us.
