GBScreening results are great, but process could be improved screening is great. Getting there has some issues. 1) invalid emails of tenants - some are hard to read the handwriting or are complicated. A mistake delays the entire process. Suggestion. - Verify the email submitted is valid. if invalid, this will give an opportunity to immediately correct it before continuing the process. 2) adjusting the application. I had a potential tenant balk when they saw it included a criminal screening due to his history. After the explanation, I tried to resubmit without the criminal background check, but could not change it. Suggestion - make it possible to change the checks requested after the initial submission. 3) Old, or irrelevant checks cannot be deleted. Suggestion - Add this feature. I would like to get rid of the old ones.

GBThe service was fast The credit & background check service was fast. The customer service response to my questions was also fast and thorough. It would've been helpful if they would've provided a scoring range directly on the report in which to reference the resident score though.

GBVery user friendly and Trustworthy Very user friendly and you don't put your customers into commitments. This makes me even more loyal! I also like the how tenants can pay for the screenings themselves.

GBGreat Background Check We have used Landlord Station for many years. They handle their research quickly & efficiently. They also get their return background check in a very timely manner.

GBHave used Landlord Station on and off… Have used Landlord Station on and off whenever I need them to help me screen a new tenant. Thankfully, because the screening is perfect to what degree I need, I haven't had to find too many replacement tenants! Much functionality, of which I don't even use, but am glad that it is there if I need it!
