GBIt is not a particularly people… It is not a particularly people friendly site. I had difficulty changing an email address and did need personal help by your excellent employee to reset and send the request to my customer. The report itself has been changed and isn't as informational and very hard to decipher. It no longer gives me my client recommendations.

GBThese guys are really great These guys are really great. Quick and efficient. The new "tenant pays" option saves us having to meet with the tenants another time to collect the credit check fee. Been using them for almost a decade!

GBThe service was fast The credit & background check service was fast. The customer service response to my questions was also fast and thorough. It would've been helpful if they would've provided a scoring range directly on the report in which to reference the resident score though.

GBImprovements Needed It doesn’t appear the income was verified. Also, I used the pulldown menu to determine the cost in advance to charge the potential tenants, but when I actually purchased the report I learned you charged $5 more for additional information in the report. It was too late to charge the tenant for this. This need to be fixed.

GBWe have been using Landlord Station for… We have been using Landlord Station for years now. We have been happy with the credit, eviction, and background checks portion. It's the most important part of our application process, and Landlord Station has made this process alot easier.
