I have never received credit for the records that you are not able to get but that were paid for. Last client that this happened with is Yusmaydi Tabares. Please issue the credit, this tenant will not longer be renting with us.

So Helpful for Landlords So helpful as a landlord, would definitely recommend and use again! I've used them for years and find that doing manual verification myself is quicker, but I have the time to do that. The last report I ordered for just credit/criminal/eviction was back same day! The service was fast The credit & background check service was fast. The customer service response to my questions was also fast and thorough. It would've been helpful if they would've provided a scoring range directly on the report in which to reference the resident score though.

Compred to another online background… Compred to another online background check which I don't use, landlord station is detailed enough for me that it helps me feel comfortable with a new tenant. I require a trust trust relationship with my tenants. I tell them this after landlord systion has helped me accept them Being this is hard enough without continual problems from a tenant. I will NOT do business with the untrustable or irresponsibile. A peaceful community that does not make. That damages the reputation I have built and causes an unhealthy environment.
