You couldn't run a report for a client You couldn't run a report for a client. Reason is not specified but I try to contact you via email and got no response. I have never received credit for the records that you are not able to get but that were paid for. Last client that this happened with is Yusmaydi Tabares. Please issue the credit, this tenant will not longer be renting with us.

So Helpful for Landlords So helpful as a landlord, would definitely recommend and use again! I've used them for years and find that doing manual verification myself is quicker, but I have the time to do that. The last report I ordered for just credit/criminal/eviction was back same day! These guys are really great These guys are really great. Quick and efficient. The new "tenant pays" option saves us having to meet with the tenants another time to collect the credit check fee. Been using them for almost a decade!
