Improvements Needed It doesn’t appear the income was verified. Also, I used the pulldown menu to determine the cost in advance to charge the potential tenants, but when I actually purchased the report I learned you charged $5 more for additional information in the report. It was too late to charge the tenant for this. This need to be fixed.

These guys are really great These guys are really great. Quick and efficient. The new "tenant pays" option saves us having to meet with the tenants another time to collect the credit check fee. Been using them for almost a decade!

Easy way! I gave landlord station a name and… I gave landlord station a name and email. Instructions to Bill tenant I got results back in a couple days! So easy! Now I am assuming it’s accurate! Yes this saves me anxiety and grief of trying to get client info!

Have used Landlord Station on and off… Have used Landlord Station on and off whenever I need them to help me screen a new tenant. Thankfully, because the screening is perfect to what degree I need, I haven't had to find too many replacement tenants! Much functionality, of which I don't even use, but am glad that it is there if I need it!
