Great wine but misled on events Really enjoyed my introduction to Winestyr at their West Loop tasting room. Immediately signed-up for their membership and was looking forward not only to my wine shipments but the member only events they talked up during their sales pitch. Fast forward three months and I am still waiting for an event invite. My friend who joined a long time ago has received three invites since I joined. My friends who joined the same day and I are still waiting. Winestyr claims this was a tech glitch but based on the number of times we've complained only to miss the next invite... I'm starting to get very skeptical that it isn't associated with how long you've been a member or how much you spend. Hoping to see it remedied soon!

A great value and good service Apart from getting interesting wines across different price points, these guys are very focused on quality customer service. You can put your ordering process on auto pilot by joining their club, or call any time to get suggestions. They are very anxious to please. A very pleasant experience.

Winestyr is awesome I don't know much about wine however winestyr has made learning about and getting great wine shipped directly to my door. Each time they deliver I enjoy it and the few times I haven't they've talked me through(like w a real live person) some alternatives that fit to my liking. It is like Amazon for wine but way more educational on what I'm actually purchasing. I recently signed up for their wine club and it is perfect. Highly highly recommend. Cheap, helpful, and just awesome

Best way to experience high-quality small production wineries, without leaving your home. Every bottle that we've received has been great! Going to the liquor store is like playing Russian roulette with your wine. You never know what you're going to get! Winestyr takes the guessing out of the equation. You know you're going to open a delicious bottle of wine, which even comes with tasting notes. From their customer service to their products, I would highly recommend Winestyr!

No Customer Service I have been trying to contact Winestyr for the past week via phone and email--but to no avail. They have not delivered and promised. I love their concept and their wines, but their customer service seems to be non-existent Buyer beware!
