GBNo Customer Service I have been trying to contact Winestyr for the past week via phone and email--but to no avail. They have not delivered and promised. I love their concept and their wines, but their customer service seems to be non-existent Buyer beware!

GBGreat Wine, Great Service Sometimes it can be tough to get us out of our comfort zone when it comes to trying new wine. We usually know what we like and get the same bottles over and over. However, since discovering Winestyr we have been exposed to new, fantastic wines that we could never find at our local grocery or liquor store. And the Winestyr wine club is perfect for us for those reasons. The fact that their service is as good as their wine certainly doesn't hurt, either. A hand written note and wine notes to go along with our wine club delivery is quite the touch!

You can put your ordering process on auto pilot by joining their club, or call any time to get suggestions. They are very anxious to please. A very pleasant experience.

GBExcellent product, service, attention to detail The wines are unique and very good. Packaging is sleek and eye catching. The handwritten note and throw in accessories are a great touch. Founders and employees are nice, genuine, knowledgeable, and extremely accessible. Much more personalized attention and detail than large, out of date clubs. Would definitely use for gifting as well personal use. Highly recommend to friends and colleagues.
