Great Wine, Great Service Sometimes it can be tough to get us out of our comfort zone when it comes to trying new wine. We usually know what we like and get the same bottles over and over. However, since discovering Winestyr we have been exposed to new, fantastic wines that we could never find at our local grocery or liquor store. And the Winestyr wine club is perfect for us for those reasons. The fact that their service is as good as their wine certainly doesn't hurt, either. A hand written note and wine notes to go along with our wine club delivery is quite the touch!

Excellent Wine Delivered with Grace When I first encountered Winestyr, I was a bit suspicious of the claims to make fine small production wines available at a value price. Suspicions allayed! Winestyr delivers! Winestyr makes you feel like they care about you personally. The packaging, the packing, even the emails all say, "We care that you have an excellent experience; we have found this for you." I just joined one of the wine clubs because I know I will be getting excellent wine delivered with grace.

The other wines must not be the same bottles you mention below because I wouldn't even cook with them. And the processing of "multiple changes" on your end were due to the company failing to make the changes correctly in the first place. To those consumers desiring wine and baseline service, stay away from Winestyr.

Winestyr is a fantastic company Winestyr is a fantastic company. We have discovered some fantastic wine through the membership there at a reasonable price. The wine they provide is mostly from small vineyards you can’t find elsewhere. I recommend them to friends often. We recently received a bottle that was included in the member shipment that was not up to typical Winestyr standards in our opinion. When we shared our feedback they promptly sent a replacement. They exemplify fantastic customer service.

Great wine but misled on events Really enjoyed my introduction to Winestyr at their West Loop tasting room. Immediately signed-up for their membership and was looking forward not only to my wine shipments but the member only events they talked up during their sales pitch. Fast forward three months and I am still waiting for an event invite. My friend who joined a long time ago has received three invites since I joined. My friends who joined the same day and I are still waiting. Winestyr claims this was a tech glitch but based on the number of times we've complained only to miss the next invite... I'm starting to get very skeptical that it isn't associated with how long you've been a member or how much you spend. Hoping to see it remedied soon!
