GBGreat Wine, Great Service Sometimes it can be tough to get us out of our comfort zone when it comes to trying new wine. We usually know what we like and get the same bottles over and over. However, since discovering Winestyr we have been exposed to new, fantastic wines that we could never find at our local grocery or liquor store. And the Winestyr wine club is perfect for us for those reasons. The fact that their service is as good as their wine certainly doesn't hurt, either. A hand written note and wine notes to go along with our wine club delivery is quite the touch!

GBDelightful Experience-More Than Just Wine on Line I have been delighted with Winestyr- as a site, it is handsome and easy to use. Choosing terrific wines based on the recs and learning about the wineries in the Field Notes is helpful and interesting. I have ordered 5 or 6 times for auction items at charities and they have been well-received- I appreciate the responsible follow through. I have sent about 8 wedding gift cards and ditto for sending cases as a thank you for someone's hospitality. I am profusely thanked! Shipping is easily tracked and diverted to a local Fed Ex store. The personal touch (a note, a necker and distinguished black box) goes a long way to making an elegant statement. A pleasant addition to our lifestyle!

GBI am a newbie to Winestyr but so far it… I am a newbie to Winestyr but so far it has done nothing but impress. If you're a wine lover, I strongly recommend it -- great way to support small vineyards! When I first registered, my address was inputted incorrectly, therefore, my first shipment was sent to the wrong address. When I contacted Winestyr, they took care of it with no problem.

GBBEWARE BEWARE! I BELIEVE WINESTYR IS A BIG SCAM! I’m not one to ever write negative reviews... I look for resolutions directly with the company. However I have reason to believe Winestyr takes your money and doesn’t execute on shipments. Over the course of two weeks I spoke to three employees, one being Bob, a founder of the company. I was intending to send gifts to 7 clients. They never prepared the order, despite me checking daily, and they ultimately never sent it. My clients received none of the thoughtful gifts or notes I’d put together for them. Two years ago I did another large order with Winestyr and not a single one of my clients ever acknowledged receiving the gifts. I’m now realizing that they were probably NEVER SENT in the first place even though the orders were paid in full! I’ve looked back at my correspondence back then, and when I asked for tracking information, it was never shared with me. Complete failure. Possible fraud. Beware.

GBTerrible customer service and bad wine Terrible customer service and bad wine. Stay away. +++ Edited following company's reply: The Pinot was indeed very good. The other wines must not be the same bottles you mention below because I wouldn't even cook with them. And the processing of "multiple changes" on your end were due to the company failing to make the changes correctly in the first place. To those consumers desiring wine and baseline service, stay away from Winestyr.
