Excellence & a different world Every review that praises the excellence of the customer service of wineonsale.com is right on target. I dealt with Anthony, who was extremely helpful. This would be a different world if every company provided customer service like wineonsale.

My last time ordering from this dubious company … I’ve ordered for a few years and each time they get worse. They fill the boxes with blends and many times the wine taste rancid. Tried to speak with CS to resolve but they wanted nothing to do with their 100% guarantee. It’s bogus. They’re rude ( including the CS Rep)who told me thank you after I said I’d never order again. Then he called me a liar in an email from the company. I could write a book but you get my point. Shop somewhere else that values their customers.

I have used these guys for years and… I have used these guys for years and always have a good experience. I started ordering back in 2020 and have 20+ orders with them at this point! The pricing is always competitive from what I see and you can never go wrong with free shipping… I just ordered today with the help of their customer service rep David. David had some good recommendations on wines I have tried… which is hard to do given all the wine I have bought from them over the years! I did have an issue with one of my orders back in 2021 and they took care of it right away with a smile on their face! Usually companies give you a run around but not these guys, they are first class! Looking forward to using wineonsale for years to come!

Fabulous! This place was a great find during quarantine and I continue to order(at least 6 times) since. The wines never disappoint. The delivery is expedient with good packaging. Excellent customer service. I recommend punch cards for frequent buyers, with bonus bottles after so many orders. 👍

Fantastic buying experience Fantastic buying experience. Kearney helped me place my order over the phone and was so patient with me. My order came 2 days after ordering too! Can’t recommend Kearney and wineonsale enough
