My last time ordering from this dubious company … I’ve ordered for a few years and each time they get worse. They fill the boxes with blends and many times the wine taste rancid. Tried to speak with CS to resolve but they wanted nothing to do with their 100% guarantee. It’s bogus. They’re rude ( including the CS Rep)who told me thank you after I said I’d never order again. Then he called me a liar in an email from the company. I could write a book but you get my point. Shop somewhere else that values their customers.

Have used this company since 2020-not the same anymore Have used this company since 2020, had great experiences until the past 2 shipments. Both have arrived damaged and not with the full amount of bottles purchased. Customer service is rude and accusatory to customer despite pictures being provided of missing bottles and damaged shipping containers. It’s a sad turn for this company, they used to be great. Update January 29, 2024…. My review was from 2022 and I have not used this company since. Today I get an email that wine on sale wants my review from 2 years ago altered to remove “ Customer service is rude and accusatory to customer despite pictures”. If you’re having to chase bad reviews from years prior, maybe that should stop and make you think about the approach of the brand. Good luck

I ordered and typed my email in wrong I ordered and typed my email in wrong. I contacted right after, and they fixed everything immediately! Then without asking, they refunded some of my money because the site charged extra for shipping! Amazing service, I’m very impressed!

Fabulous! This place was a great find during quarantine and I continue to order(at least 6 times) since. The wines never disappoint. The delivery is expedient with good packaging. Excellent customer service. I recommend punch cards for frequent buyers, with bonus bottles after so many orders. 👍

Wineonsale is fabulous Wineonsale is fabulous! I've had years of experience with wine clubs (no longer) and various sites that deliver wine without a membership. I can honestly say after 5 mixed cases (15-20 mystery bottles at a time), that all of them were amazingly 3.5 to 5 stars and valued far above what I paid. Delivery is fast and the bottles are excellently packaged and the variety every time I order is amazing (reds and whites). A few wines I've never even heard of after 40 years of going to wine tastings and travels around the world and it's like Christmas when the cases arrive. I've not had one bad cork nor one undrinkable bottle after over 100 so far. That is 100% fabulous.
