Great communications when item out of stock During the Covid 19 lockdown I have placed 2 large orders with Liqroo. On both occasions one item has been out of stock, but they called and offered alternatives of equal or better value. On each occasion we swiftly reached agreement and the order arrived when promised.

Excellent service.. Prompt delivery I can only speak from my own experience, but everything about the service I received was very professional. I placed my order via the website very late in the evening of Monday the 1st June. The delivery arrived today, Thursday the 4th June via DPD. As I live in the North West of England I was impressed to receive 3 large boxes with all the contents safely vacuum packed in such a short timescale, especially in times of Covid-19. I would certainly have no hesitation in ordering from the company again.

Lost 2 stars for lack of communicatio Lost 2 stars for lack of communication. The chaps at Liqroo clearly do not respond to emails. But... it seems that they will honour your order. I had an outstanding early lockdown order for 1.5L Standard Vodka. It just arrived on 30tb June2020 late by a number of weeks. At least It"s here. Clearly another company struggling.. J But they have delivered albeit late.

Two great experiences I felt compelled to review Liqroo as, despite their low score on Trustpilot, I've had two perfect transactions with them, one just yesterday. They have been very up front on their website about how the current situation is causing problems with supply and staff. Perhaps the fact I live in London might be a factor in positive experiences where they may well have a larger network of staff/drivers etc.

Avoid like the plague - UPDATED As with most other reviews, I wish I'd done a background check before I ordered. No product, no response via email or phone. Many, many attempts at contacting through online chat with no success Fuming, and out of pocket. **Product arrived, weeks late having been promised a refund after hours spent waiting on chat. No refund, product far too late but can't be bothered to complain any more
