READ THE FINE PRINT...Terms and… I am updating my original review as I was very fortunate to have the assistance of Amanda (from Marketing) on my billing issue. She reached out to me after discovering that I was having issues and was beyond pleasant and willing to troubleshoot my billing issue. Amanda fully resolved my issue and I am 100% satisfied. The first bottle of the Vinesse red wine that I opened was very enjoyable. Thank you, Amanda, for your efforts. You are a very valuable part of Vinesse, in my opinion! TERRIBLE COMPANY TRYING TO CON PEOPLE TERRIBLE COMPANY TRYING TO CON PEOPLE This company has no sense of ethical practices The only way they are making money is sneakily shipping a $30/wine bottle which i heard taste as bad as the company’s practices No communication what so ever about shipments ( as i said sneaky) Very poorly functioning website( again very intentionally) They only have couple of representatives like JEFFREY who is terrible with the way they handle the issues There are many better tasting and better ethical subscriptions out there like WSJ. Choose wisely and stay away from the scam that is VINESSE

Absolutely terrible company Absolutely terrible company! They will do anything and everything to trick you into what you’re actually paying. Don’t be fooled by the low membership fee. Because after your first shipment they charge $189 per order and won’t refund you! Incredibly rude and condescending customer service.

Beware Beware! I would recommend avoiding this club due to false advertising. The offer read something like "...you will have the opportunity to decline future shipments if you don't want them...", and I received an email stating that the next shipment was scheduled for 12/21/2020. The next communication I received was from UPS a week or two BEFORE that date saying that wine had already shipped. When I called, the "customer service" agent sounded completely unsurprised and unsympathetic. Only option was to return for a credit (minus shipping etc). Go with a different club.
