Problem with wine; updated review to reflect good customer service Originally we rated this experience one-star: "I’m very sorry but we only enjoyed one of your wines out of the six we got, and found the others wholly undrinkable, usually pouring them out. We’ll be cancelling the service." But Vinesse got in touch and refunded our purchase in full so, while we didn't enjoy any of the wine, we also didn't waste the money on the order either. So we've updated the review to include their expedient and extremely fair treatment of the problem. Hopefully others won't have the same misfortune with their wine deliveries!

It’s worth it! Super fast shipping, great packing and excellent intro deal. I thought the selections were top notch and this is coming from someone that grew up 20 min from Napa. I didn’t continue my membership, however they still sent me excellent deals w/out membership such as the holiday selection. I recommend!

WATCH YOUR ACOOUNT! DO NOT USE My grandmother is recently deceased, and had charges that said PAYPAL ACH on her account after she passed away. She has had over $1,000 deducted from her account since she has passed. She did not have a computer or an email address. I contacted PAYPAL, It was not PAYPAL deducting from her account, it was Vinesse wines. going back, she had put a stop payment on Vinesse in 2017, and they changed the vendor name on her account and have charged her over $6,000 in the past year. They took advantage of a senior citizen, and stole money from her. Reporting to BBB.

She reached out to me after discovering that I was having issues and was beyond pleasant and willing to troubleshoot my billing issue. Amanda fully resolved my issue and I am 100% satisfied. Quality does not justify $25+ per bottle Wine quality does not justify $25+ per bottle. You can get same-quality wine for a third of the price at any decent wine store. Also, they do not accept returns, which basically means they do not back the quality of their products. Customer service was nice, at least. Not continuing my subscription...
