GBThanks Melani I had mixed thoughts on Vinesse - until today! Melani completely changed this and made me have a wonderful customer experience. I say "mixed" because I loved my first order from Vinesse, but did not like the 2nd order. Melani was so friendly - I actually chatted with her on the online chat and then spoke to her when I called. She made this go from a "mixed/on the fence" experience to a great one. I will definitely be ordering from Vinesse again - especially that she saved so many notes about my wine preferences. GBThis is extremely disappointing This is extremely disappointing! Despite trying to cancel the order immediately after realizing the error, they refused to provide a refund, even though the order has not even been shipped or processed yet. This is not what I expect from a company that claims to offer exceptional customer service. It's frustrating to think that I'm now stuck with an order that I don't want, and I have no way to get my money back. It's a shame that they can't be more understanding and accommodating of their customers' needs.

GBWe asked for white wine and they sent… We asked for white wine and they sent red wine. We were unable to contact them to correct the error because no contact number or email address was provided on the packing material. This was quickly corrected. we were sent our original white wine order, no additional charge.

GBQuality does not justify $25+ per bottle Wine quality does not justify $25+ per bottle. You can get same-quality wine for a third of the price at any decent wine store. Also, they do not accept returns, which basically means they do not back the quality of their products. Customer service was nice, at least. Not continuing my subscription...
