Also, they do not accept returns, which basically means they do not back the quality of their products. Customer service was nice, at least. Not continuing my subscription...

White variety lacking Update 10/21/2020- After posting my initial review, the company reached out and sent 4 new bottles of wine. So, while that first box was disappointing, the customer service is outstanding. Updating review to 4 stars. Original Review: I did this to sample different wine selections, and didn’t get the variety I was expecting. The featured red wine sampler had 6 different bottles, but for the white, I received 3 of the same vintage Chardonnay and 3 of the same Sauvignon Blanc. I guess it’s fine if you trust Vinesse to send you something you’re going to love. But if you don’t love it, you’re stuck with 3 bottles rather than 1.

It’s worth it! Super fast shipping, great packing and excellent intro deal. I thought the selections were top notch and this is coming from someone that grew up 20 min from Napa. I didn’t continue my membership, however they still sent me excellent deals w/out membership such as the holiday selection. I recommend!

Selected to delay my next shipment… Selected to delay my next shipment since it was less than 3 weeks from my last shipment of wine. Got confirmation on the website I was able to delay shipment from November until December. Order still shipped and I was charged. Called customer service, they stated there was nothing they could do I could pay to have it shipped back and get store credit for the price of the wine. Cancelled membership, lack of variety in shipments is not worth the price
