GBNot so great The wines I have gotten--3 cases so far have been ok but nothing special. The cost has been in my general price range but the shipping cost is so high that I can do as well or better locally. If you order less than 12 bottles(a case) you don't get free shipping so that you are not disposed to try various wines in small quantities looking for those you might especially like. I signed up through United Airlines and was supposed to get a 60,000 miles bones from United in 6-8 weeks. Nothing has shown up in my Mileage Plus account so I don't think their service is all that good.

GBWATCH YOUR ACOOUNT! DO NOT USE My grandmother is recently deceased, and had charges that said PAYPAL ACH on her account after she passed away. She has had over $1,000 deducted from her account since she has passed. She did not have a computer or an email address. I contacted PAYPAL, It was not PAYPAL deducting from her account, it was Vinesse wines. going back, she had put a stop payment on Vinesse in 2017, and they changed the vendor name on her account and have charged her over $6,000 in the past year. They took advantage of a senior citizen, and stole money from her. Reporting to BBB.

GBSadly this company has problems with… Sadly this company has problems with their ordering system... I got double shipped and double billed Happily the company owned up to the mistake I asked to be removed from all future orders Sadly 3 weeks later I received a letter in the mail stating my December order would also contain 6 more wines for $96 Again I called requesting to be removed from all future orders ... asking to have my information deleted from their systems

GBRose is not a category of white wine In many ways, Vinesse is a good service. My main concern is that they keep lumping rose in with their white wine selections. I've almost given up on purchasing the white wine random sales because they provide too many bottles of rose, when what I am interested in is actual white wines.

GBThis is extremely disappointing This is extremely disappointing! Despite trying to cancel the order immediately after realizing the error, they refused to provide a refund, even though the order has not even been shipped or processed yet. This is not what I expect from a company that claims to offer exceptional customer service. It's frustrating to think that I'm now stuck with an order that I don't want, and I have no way to get my money back. It's a shame that they can't be more understanding and accommodating of their customers' needs.
