Best on line wine service - Wine Cellarage is my go to source online for fine wines and spirits. They offer unique and rare vintages as well as smaller artisan producers. I have purchased some of the best French Champagnes on the market as well as lovely cognacs - and wonderful Bordeaux. I would give them 5 stars but my only hesitation is the wine is packaged in styrofoam containers. If they used cardboard I would give them 10 stars.

Ordered 2013 Carpe Diem and they sent … Ordered 2013 Carpe Diem and they sent 2014. Also charged $36 per bottle for the 2014 when others are selling it for $26. Felt taken advantage of. Would not use them again.

Great, easy and professional. Was a little sceptical about the 90 day delivery on a 2005 vintage wine. Futures, normal procecess but an older vintage gave concern. Price was below available market so took a shot. Wine Cellarage kept me informed and status on delivery during our wait. Immediately delivered the order and very satisfied.

Wine in transit with UPS too long. My wine delivery was arranged with Cellarage well in advance to ship on Monday (11/30/15) for delivery by Thursday evening. My wine was picked up by UPS on Tuesday morning, instead of Monday, with delivery now scheduled for Friday evening. The UPS trailer arrived at the destination terminal (Austin, TX) Friday morning around 4:30 am, but my shipment was not unloaded until Saturday and not delivered until Monday evening. On Friday afternoon I received an email notification of a possible delay. Later on Friday afternoon, knowing the shipment had arrived in Austin, I spoke to a UPS customer service representative regarding why and when, to no avail.

Force Majeure? Really? I ordered a case to be shipped to California. It got damaged in transit and was never delivered. Wine Cellarage wouldn't process the refund until they were made good by UPS. They sent me their legal language, citing force majeur and said I'd get my refund when they had been refunded. This seems like terrible customer service to me. Mastercard refunded me after I started a dispute - whereupon Wine Cellarage miraculously emailed to say they'd refunded me. Funny that. Never heard from them again.
