GBWine in transit with UPS too long. My wine delivery was arranged with Cellarage well in advance to ship on Monday (11/30/15) for delivery by Thursday evening. My wine was picked up by UPS on Tuesday morning, instead of Monday, with delivery now scheduled for Friday evening. The UPS trailer arrived at the destination terminal (Austin, TX) Friday morning around 4:30 am, but my shipment was not unloaded until Saturday and not delivered until Monday evening. On Friday afternoon I received an email notification of a possible delay. Later on Friday afternoon, knowing the shipment had arrived in Austin, I spoke to a UPS customer service representative regarding why and when, to no avail.

GBOpportunistic management I ordered 3 bottles of wine from them and a few weeks after the COVID-19 nightmare began, I have a difficult economic situation so I asked them to cancel the transaction since I’m sure they can sell the wine to somebody else. After one month with no waiting for an answer, Lars sent me an email offering $110 per bottle when I paid $155, so my interpretation was him giving me a discount so I accept the wine. No I was wrong, the guy want to profit twice out of this unprecedented moment in history. I’m filling a credit card claim right now and possibly a BBB Complaint. Disgusting people, be aware and stay away from them.

GBLong time to ship I think it's rediculous I had to go out of my own way to contact them to schedule shipping when it was deemed months ago that weather was appropriate for shipping. I was deployed and couldn't get to a phone or computer. Long story short I ordered in September and didn't receive it till December. Shipping should be automated.

GBSignificant delay in arrival When I placed my order in April I was told I would receive the wine in June. I did not receive the wine until the middle of September. While everyone was very pleasant to work with, this was an unreasonable delay.

GBGreat, easy and professional. Was a little sceptical about the 90 day delivery on a 2005 vintage wine. Futures, normal procecess but an older vintage gave concern. Price was below available market so took a shot. Wine Cellarage kept me informed and status on delivery during our wait. Immediately delivered the order and very satisfied.
