Personally, I don't need to have the lowest price on the web, just fairly competitive, say within 10 to 15% of the low price. When you buy a wine and then see you paid 20 to 25% more than half a dozen other usa sites are selling it, it is a little disheartening. But, their products are in great condition, their prices are usually very competitive and their packaging is first class so I think they are a very good wine sorce.

Best on line wine service - Wine Cellarage is my go to source online for fine wines and spirits. They offer unique and rare vintages as well as smaller artisan producers. I have purchased some of the best French Champagnes on the market as well as lovely cognacs - and wonderful Bordeaux. I would give them 5 stars but my only hesitation is the wine is packaged in styrofoam containers. If they used cardboard I would give them 10 stars.

Significant delay in arrival When I placed my order in April I was told I would receive the wine in June. I did not receive the wine until the middle of September. While everyone was very pleasant to work with, this was an unreasonable delay.

They talked to someone else about my order without my knowledge. They contacted a third party about the details of my order without my consent, and when they didn't get any responses from that person they went ahead and made changes to my order putting additional charge on my credit card without my authorization!

So far not so good So far not so good. Placed our first order of nearly $700 three weeks ago. We did not realistically expect to get the order immediately. However, after multiple requests for updates on order status (profile just shows 'processing' with no change) we have yet to have any response or updates. Our due date on the CC charge has come and gone ... No delivery, No wine, No communication from this company and No response to our email/account profile inquiries. FTR? at the time we placed the order the delivery date listed on the case of wine was 07/17/203. We're past that date.
