Great customer service Received the membership as a gift last year and thoroughly enjoyed experimenting with the different offerings. I found out I like bourbon! Local distribution called me on the first order to verify my address, as it is a little complicated for many businesses. Showed up the next day. Very good job everyone thank you.

I bought the whiskey subscription as a… I bought the whiskey subscription as a gift for my husband. When he promptly received his first shipment we had a question regarding the samples he received. Flaviar quickly responded and provided the answer.

I've ordered the whiskey advent… I've ordered the whiskey advent calendar 3 years in a row, and my husband loves it. I also order bottles occasionally. Anytime there's an issue, they make it right or do their best to make up for it. Great customer service.

Customer service is superb Customer service is superb. My wife got me a subscription for Christmas. I use the subscription and the delivery came very quickly. One of the samples in the subscription was near empty while the bottle was intact and the seal was not broken. On a Saturday, customer service got back to me within a half hour with a great apology. Definitely going to be a longstanding customer.
