In less than 24hrs they responded I bought my husband a subscription for Christmas and we received our first package but one of the tasters had leaked, leaving less than half the amount it was supposed to have. I reached out to thier customer service and within 24hrs I had someone email me back to get it replaced. Great customer service!!

Have fun with the samplers Pretty incredible selection of sport. Have to stay on top of the membership to see if you want to continue using it, I didn't look closely at the email for the annual renewal and missed it, figured it out after I was billed. That was an expensive lesson.
