US24th day our sample was broken… On the 24th day our sample was broken in our advent calendar. I emailed asking if possible for us to get a replacement I got a quick response from Mickalia along with a solution with options This is fabulous And we are already looking forward to next years advent calendar. USQuick issue resolution! I had an issue with regarding account ownership. I sent an email expecting it to be seen sometime during the week. My case was received and resolved in 30 minutes which is just amazing. Very thankful for the customer service support!

USCustomer service is superb Customer service is superb. My wife got me a subscription for Christmas. I use the subscription and the delivery came very quickly. One of the samples in the subscription was near empty while the bottle was intact and the seal was not broken. On a Saturday, customer service got back to me within a half hour with a great apology. Definitely going to be a longstanding customer.
