GBNot a very honorable business Not a very honorable business. Ordered green chartreuse. 10 days in they said there was a delay. Around day 14, they sent me a note that they would refund my money. Not great but that is not what disappointed me. They accidentally sent me a second note saying my order was cancelled “due to negative margin”. This lead me to check out the site at which time I discovered they had the product still listed but with a higher price. In other words, they found they could sell it for more than they sold it to me so cancelled my order. I raised this point to them so they offered me a $10 discount off the new price, which made the new price +$70! Thought people would like a small insight into the integrity of this business

GBThanksgiving weekend quick response I emailed over the Thanksgiving weekend about last year's calendar set. To my very pleasant surprise I got a response within 24 hours (During the weekend) with answers to everything I was asking. That type of service is awesome especially with the values in the advent calendar sampler. This is the second year I received one and anticipate that my wife will make it a continued annual event. I especially like that this year I received two glasses in the set. Made it even better to share the experience.

GBTop Notch customer service and products Originally, my experience wasn’t very great. My 2023 advent calendar showed up mostly damaged. I reached out to Flaviar and on Thanksgiving day got a response that another would be sent out. That surprised me. Not many customer services work on holidays. I was kept in the loop the entire time and never had to reach out once. Needless to say, I’m thoroughly impressed by both the advent calendar itself, but also the customer service. I’ve already directed family to purchasing through Flaviar solely based on those 2 things alone. Fantastic company and products!

GBBad experience, company has NO integrity. My son-in-law purchased me a birthday gift subscription back in March of 2021. I was thrilled and enjoyed the tasting boxes and the different bottles that I chose during my membership. In February of 2023 I thought I would purchase their “Thoughtful membership “. I wasn’t really sure what it amounted to, I thought the same as before. For my Thoughtful membership I took two tasting boxes. I assumed I would be receiving notifications of when I was going to be able to pick more as before, nothing. There was also an additional charge on my account of over a hundred dollars! I have all these funds going out but nothing to show for it. February of 2024, there’s a charge on my account of $339! I contacted my card company and they gave me the name of the company that charged me, Flaviar. I told them that I had not purchased anything from them. I thought the account was closed. I disputed the charge. I lost the dispute due to the clause that membership is automatically renewed. I contacted Flaviar and they contacted me back. They said they would not refund my money, I was just short of their deadline. And on top of that Flaviar no longer ships to my state, so…. I am out a lot of money with nothing to show for it. This company has no integrity. I do not recommend that you purchase anything from them.

GBI bought the whiskey subscription as a… I bought the whiskey subscription as a gift for my husband. When he promptly received his first shipment we had a question regarding the samples he received. Flaviar quickly responded and provided the answer.
