In less than 24hrs they responded I bought my husband a subscription for Christmas and we received our first package but one of the tasters had leaked, leaving less than half the amount it was supposed to have. I reached out to thier customer service and within 24hrs I had someone email me back to get it replaced. Great customer service!!

I've ordered the whiskey advent… I've ordered the whiskey advent calendar 3 years in a row, and my husband loves it. I also order bottles occasionally. Anytime there's an issue, they make it right or do their best to make up for it. Great customer service.

Top Notch customer service and products Originally, my experience wasn’t very great. My 2023 advent calendar showed up mostly damaged. I reached out to Flaviar and on Thanksgiving day got a response that another would be sent out. That surprised me. Not many customer services work on holidays. I was kept in the loop the entire time and never had to reach out once. Needless to say, I’m thoroughly impressed by both the advent calendar itself, but also the customer service. I’ve already directed family to purchasing through Flaviar solely based on those 2 things alone. Fantastic company and products!

AMAZING Customer Service! I ordered the advent calendar for my husband this year and, unfortunately, a few of the vials broker during shipping. I contacted Flaviar and Spela was super helpful! They shipping out new packaging for the advent calendar and a few of their tasting trios to help replace the broken vials. Everything arrived quickly and my husband loooooooved the gift. He looks forward to opening a new whiskey every night. Thank you so so much for the quick response time and helping to rectify the situation! I couldn't recommend the service and products more!

Great customer service Received the membership as a gift last year and thoroughly enjoyed experimenting with the different offerings. I found out I like bourbon! Local distribution called me on the first order to verify my address, as it is a little complicated for many businesses. Showed up the next day. Very good job everyone thank you.
