GBGreat customer support during a busy season I submitted an order on 12/13/23 for a Christmas gift. Caskers followed up with me several times, explaining that they needed to double-check my order and that due to the busy holiday season... I should expect the potential for delays. This was understandable because of the high demand for their services. Caskers prevailed, and my gift arrived before Christmas and even faster than I anticipated. Our friends were overjoyed to get their gift, and I have since recommended Caskers to our other friends and family.

GBIf money is no object... I received 2 of 3 bottles ordered in 7 days (the 3rd bottle is out of stock). I was frustrated by the inconsistent information available on the Casker's website, my credit card website and the emails I received over the course of those 7 days. The fees and shipping charges amounted to 35% of the price of the bottles themselves, which were already priced over MSRP. Definitely an expensive, though convenient, way to buy bourbon.

GBThe order process was fine The order process was fine, but actual information about status was not easily obtained. Took multiple emails and could not get a straight answer about delivery date. The shipping was done by GLS. They did not require signature as is their policy, when I contacted them direct after I was told they were the shipping agent, the agent told me “they could Not provide specific tracking details, only that it should be delivered by the end of day. I basically wasted my hole day in order to sign for the shipment and at 5:10pm the order was dropped off at my door, with no contact with me or signature.

GBI’m Now A Caskers Regular I’ve ordered from Caskers several times. First, of all the mail order sites I’ve looked at Caskers is the easiest to navigate and has the best availability. Prices are fair and sometimes bargains compared to NJ. They also provide very clear descriptions. Heck other sites don’t even say what proof it is! That’s the good news. Shipping is a challenge. They source their bottles from around the country and there are tie ups. OK I’m used to it now and when I place an order I just sit back and remain patient. Might take a month, that’s fine I expect that now. The bottles do not come all at once and the more bottles I order the more complex delivery becomes. Just before they reach the local transit site I’m notified of expected delivery date. When the bottles reach the local transit site I know from experience when UPS or Fed Ex will be here.

GBGood job but… Appreciate the efforts to allow customers to keep track of orders and now they are not forgotten in the process. I have my order but I didn’t actually receive my order since it was sent to the wrong address. GLS who did the delivery said the address they were given from Casker was incorrect. So it was not their fault. They gave me the address they delivered it to which was wrong. I went to the house my package was delivered to and no one was home but I found my box where it was left by GLS. I don’t know if Casker had the wrong address or GLS had the wrong address but I will be afraid to order again even though I retrieved my package this time, unless I can be assured the correct address will be used.
