I ordered a nice bottle of Blanton's… I ordered a nice bottle of Blanton's for a gift. It arrived, the bottle having leaked. The packing was marginal at best. The bottle was to go to Japan, but you can't really pack a leaky bottle in your checked baggage... I opened a conversation with caskers. The person helping was engaging and nice, even commenting that the Angels had certainly taken their share, based on the photo that I had sent. Her supervisors offered 30 caskers points, but would not replace the bottle. I got a call tag for return, but they expected me to drive 1 hour from my shop to drop off the box. They would not pick it up. A disappointing experience. Don't order from them. No support if anything goes wrong. And for a $400 bottle of Bourbon, I expect better.

Fantastic experience Having what I wanted, at a price that was fair, I'll order from Caskers again! I'd ordered 2 bottles of bourbon, one cam in from the east coast, the other from the west. Each were well packaged.

Excellent Company! Excellent customer service. Products were packed above and beyond what I had expected; I have never seen anything like the degree of care this company expended to protect my purchases! The company has a wonderful variety of products at affordable prices, as well. I will more than likely purchase from their site again.

Stellar communication The communication was stellar. There were shipping issues with their 3rd party provider but they stayed on top of it. Glad I have a source for my favorite Bourbon.

The order process was fine The order process was fine, but actual information about status was not easily obtained. Took multiple emails and could not get a straight answer about delivery date. The shipping was done by GLS. They did not require signature as is their policy, when I contacted them direct after I was told they were the shipping agent, the agent told me “they could Not provide specific tracking details, only that it should be delivered by the end of day. I basically wasted my hole day in order to sign for the shipment and at 5:10pm the order was dropped off at my door, with no contact with me or signature.
