USSlow Shipping Damaged Product Fortunately I ordered my husband's scotch well before the holidays (Nov 21st) but still the slow shipping had me concerned. (Arrived Dec 4th) The bottle was in a decorative tin and it had either been wrapped too tightly or the box had been dropped at some point because it was dented up. Was able to straighten it out but the experience won't have me ordering from caskers again.

USRapid shipping correction.. ...after receiving only one bottle of Hanger 1 vodka when I had ordered two bottles, Caskers promptly sent the other bottle, no questions asked...and very apologetic for the lapse by one of their suppliers..Awesome customer service by Philippine!!!

USReliable Ordered from Caskers many times. Prices are within reason most of the time when they have stock, a little more than if you were able to find from a local ABC but my local ABC never has the good stuff. Had a few issues with shipping over time but they have always been prompt to respond and resolve any complaint.
