GBHorrible shipping / customer service Been almost three weeks since I placed my order. They are unable to provide accurate shipping information and their last update consisted of saying that they “expect movement” “by the end of the week approximately” - whatever that means.

GBIf money is no object... I received 2 of 3 bottles ordered in 7 days (the 3rd bottle is out of stock). I was frustrated by the inconsistent information available on the Casker's website, my credit card website and the emails I received over the course of those 7 days. The fees and shipping charges amounted to 35% of the price of the bottles themselves, which were already priced over MSRP. Definitely an expensive, though convenient, way to buy bourbon.

GBEmailed to inquire on an order that was… Emailed to inquire on an order that was taking linger than normal to arrive. When ever we have ordered it usually arrives within days. Caskers responded the same day I sent the inquiry and was able to provide the requested tracking information. Also, their selection and prices are top notch!

GBRapid shipping correction.. ...after receiving only one bottle of Hanger 1 vodka when I had ordered two bottles, Caskers promptly sent the other bottle, no questions asked...and very apologetic for the lapse by one of their suppliers..Awesome customer service by Philippine!!!

GBGreat Overall Experience Caskers (including Zan) kept me posted on the status of my order, which was much appreciated. All of my email inquiries were answered within 24 hours. Awesome! Shipping rates are quite reasonable. Had exactly what I was looking for and at a good price.
