GBHorrible shipping / customer service Been almost three weeks since I placed my order. They are unable to provide accurate shipping information and their last update consisted of saying that they “expect movement” “by the end of the week approximately” - whatever that means.

GBGreat packaging but slow delivery Packaging was great. First shipment arrived very quickly and I could track it. Second shipment took a long time. Says shipped on 12/21 and arrived 1/2. The tracking availability was minimal. Second package was just placed on a chair by my front door and I did not receive a notification of the delivery. Would use Caskers again but allow for plenty of delivery time and that you won’t be able to track the package very well. Holidays May have impacted my second shipment some.

GBRapid shipping correction.. ...after receiving only one bottle of Hanger 1 vodka when I had ordered two bottles, Caskers promptly sent the other bottle, no questions asked...and very apologetic for the lapse by one of their suppliers..Awesome customer service by Philippine!!!

GBI ordered a nice bottle of Blanton's… I ordered a nice bottle of Blanton's for a gift. It arrived, the bottle having leaked. The packing was marginal at best. The bottle was to go to Japan, but you can't really pack a leaky bottle in your checked baggage... I opened a conversation with caskers. The person helping was engaging and nice, even commenting that the Angels had certainly taken their share, based on the photo that I had sent. Her supervisors offered 30 caskers points, but would not replace the bottle. I got a call tag for return, but they expected me to drive 1 hour from my shop to drop off the box. They would not pick it up. A disappointing experience. Don't order from them. No support if anything goes wrong. And for a $400 bottle of Bourbon, I expect better.

GBThe shipping vendor did a terrible job… The shipping vendor did a terrible job printing the label and UPS couldn't read it so it went back to the warehouse. The worker there had to contact me to confirm shipping address and a new label was generated there. It was then shipped the next day. I reached out to Casker’s customer service, and they explained how their shipping process works in a very polite and professional way. If it wasn’t for the shipping process I would have given 5 stars. I will buy again.
