Excellent Company! Excellent customer service. Products were packed above and beyond what I had expected; I have never seen anything like the degree of care this company expended to protect my purchases! The company has a wonderful variety of products at affordable prices, as well. I will more than likely purchase from their site again.

I’m Now A Caskers Regular I’ve ordered from Caskers several times. First, of all the mail order sites I’ve looked at Caskers is the easiest to navigate and has the best availability. Prices are fair and sometimes bargains compared to NJ. They also provide very clear descriptions. Heck other sites don’t even say what proof it is! That’s the good news. Shipping is a challenge. They source their bottles from around the country and there are tie ups. OK I’m used to it now and when I place an order I just sit back and remain patient. Might take a month, that’s fine I expect that now. The bottles do not come all at once and the more bottles I order the more complex delivery becomes. Just before they reach the local transit site I’m notified of expected delivery date. When the bottles reach the local transit site I know from experience when UPS or Fed Ex will be here.

Excellent service / Quality product Caskers has always provided consistent service and high quality products. If there is an issue with a vendor, and I've had a couple over the years, their customer service always handles my concerns promptly and effectively. I've tried other similar providers and find Caskers is the best. Thank you.

The shipping vendor did a terrible job… The shipping vendor did a terrible job printing the label and UPS couldn't read it so it went back to the warehouse. The worker there had to contact me to confirm shipping address and a new label was generated there. It was then shipped the next day. I reached out to Casker’s customer service, and they explained how their shipping process works in a very polite and professional way. If it wasn’t for the shipping process I would have given 5 stars. I will buy again.

I ordered a nice bottle of Blanton's… I ordered a nice bottle of Blanton's for a gift. It arrived, the bottle having leaked. The packing was marginal at best. The bottle was to go to Japan, but you can't really pack a leaky bottle in your checked baggage... I opened a conversation with caskers. The person helping was engaging and nice, even commenting that the Angels had certainly taken their share, based on the photo that I had sent. Her supervisors offered 30 caskers points, but would not replace the bottle. I got a call tag for return, but they expected me to drive 1 hour from my shop to drop off the box. They would not pick it up. A disappointing experience. Don't order from them. No support if anything goes wrong. And for a $400 bottle of Bourbon, I expect better.
