GBGood job keep up the good work. The Customer Service, Water Delivery Guys, Water Cooler Guys and Supervisors were very polite and nice. The only problem I have is my water cooler that keeps breaking down after working for a month or two and I have to call for a replacement. I am now getting another new water cooler delivered to me on the 29th of this month. Hope that works consistently. I have been a long-standing customer of your, otherwise the service is excellent. Kudos to all involved.

GBYour company expects 100% of its… Your company expects 100% of its clients to understand and accept your rules but they don't care and even look at us as if we are not quail to them although we as clients are 100% the main and the only source of the money you have !!!!! The customer service department it's like you are playing a roulette machine you never know where you are going to land on. As everyone sees the overall rating it's just 50% happy with your company and if your management is happy with it. I will say it one more time I believe you will be in business in the next 2-3 max if there's not going to be a MAJOR CHANGE IN THE COMPANY

GBYour delivery guys are always efficient… Your delivery guys are always efficient and friendly. I would appreciate the calls I get asking if I want to change anything in my order if the operators were more articulate. But I seem to be stuck with them because your website won't let me make changes online.

GBGreat consistent experience My delivery associate is always on time and respectful and always willing to assist my disabled mom. Always has a smile even when having a bad day ( which I’m sure he does but never shows) love the consistency and effort put forth!

GBDelivery was on time Delivery was on time. Only thing I don't like y'all are always changing my Delivery date every month it is different. I use to get at the end of the month then it went to middle of the month. Now it is first of the month that disappointing.
