GBDeceptive practices The inspection report of Oct "23 was never shared with the church yet that was the foundation of dropping our policy. We cannot fix what is not shared! This seems an intention deception on the part of Guide One. We've been clients for decades without any claims. Your cost has been a computer-generated bill four times a year, leaving you a clear profit margin.

GBWe didn't receive a bill and you give… We didn't receive a bill and you give no grace period and you do not email us to let us know about the renewal. So we if we don't receive a bill or an email from you, how are we to know what we owe.
