GB100% Horrible Company - think about it before you let them represent you... Pray you don't have a liability claim with this company as they will fight tooth and nail to not pay. Very unethical company regarding the representation they hire to fight legitimate claims. If you are a Church, think twice about letting this company represent you. 100% Horrible company. Unfortunately you can't give less than one star.

GBCaring and responsive As soon as I reported our boiler breakdown, Guide One and the appraisers began their work. The first person to contact me was an appraiser who's job it was to assess the physical damage to our property. Next, we had boiler expert arrive and then an engineer who decided that it was not normal wear and tear. Guide One and Bayliss and Geist stayed on top of the progress and were very responsive to our questions and resolution to our situation. We believe we were treated fairly and professionally during the entire process.
