GBCaring and responsive As soon as I reported our boiler breakdown, Guide One and the appraisers began their work. The first person to contact me was an appraiser who's job it was to assess the physical damage to our property. Next, we had boiler expert arrive and then an engineer who decided that it was not normal wear and tear. Guide One and Bayliss and Geist stayed on top of the progress and were very responsive to our questions and resolution to our situation. We believe we were treated fairly and professionally during the entire process.

GBThe whole claim process was good The whole claim process was good. The inspection was done in a timely and thorough manner. We were given the help we needed to proceed after our claim was approved. The claim agent checked on our progress and,any questions we may of had . He followed up with us to completion. The funds were made available to get repairs promptly.
