GBDon't waste your time with this app. Completely unreliable app with little to no real support in a timely manner. Issues with the app often take over a week to resolve, and their "tier 2" team works opposite of normal US business hours so you can't even collaborate with their tier 2 team to resolve an issue.

GBSTAY AWAY FROM DIALPAD DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING DIALPAD! FROM DAY 1 HAD PROBLEMS! They will not help you setup anything they sold to you! you are paying them for the service but they tell you to talk to your rep to get you help to set up. Worst part I requested my Tmobile business number ( who is a partner of dialpad) to be ported into dial pad and they ended up losing my number. 2 days later I find out they assign my number to a business in Texas. It took them over 6 days to get my number back and I lost over 15k in business because of this error of theirs. Spoke with my lawyers and we will be filling a lawsuit against them. STAY FAR WAY FROM DIALPAD, THEY ARE HORRENDOUS! YOU WILL NOT GET ANY TYPE OF SUPPORT FROM THEM.

Her answers were clear and in understandable for a non-technical person like myself. She enabled me and my Executive Assistant to share a screen with her which made the exercise seamless.
