CZCustomer sales/service as it should be Having tried to contact numerous platforms, Dialpad was one of only two that bothered to respond. Moses took the time to find out what my needs were and steered me in the correct direction. He then spent time on the phone to direct me through the sign-up pages and how to make the best use of the system. During the trial he stayed in contact, without putting pressure on and then for the final stage he arranged all the paperwork. A credit to the company he represents and a pleasure to cooperate with. Well trained, very knowledgeable and thoroughly professional!

GBMark with customer service was great Mark with customer service was great. I took a bit to respond a few times but he stayed on until I got back to him. Most companies just end the chat and make you wait forever to be connected to another agent. Very impressed! Would definitely recommend!
