Delayed shipping caused no spirits for our event! We ordered for a special event. We were elated to see 3-5 day arrival. We never did receive a trackable tracking number. After searching for and not finding a number to call we related our concern via email. The response turn around time was fairly prompt (within 48 hours) we were offered a replacement order. Furthering our time of receiving the order our event went in without our spirits. Sad news. We love thT we can get what we want for a reasonable price however the shipment time was not met!

I triple ordered in error while ordering online and they caught it prior to shipping, called me to verify and corrected everything not to mention shipping the original order as promised. What I really liked about their site was the information on each item. I was ordering a gift shipment for liquor I generally do not consume and had limited knowledge.
