The first 2 orders required more time for shipping but after that my orders were received in a most timely fashion!! AWFUL!! Scammers!! Placed my first and last order a week before Christmas. They blamed lack of info on shipping company. I had to initiate all communication, which was useless. I think they have a standard reply for everything. They did not even respond to my complaint! Order never received after numerous promises and guarantees. STAY AWAY!!!

Delayed shipping caused no spirits for our event! We ordered for a special event. We were elated to see 3-5 day arrival. We never did receive a trackable tracking number. After searching for and not finding a number to call we related our concern via email. The response turn around time was fairly prompt (within 48 hours) we were offered a replacement order. Furthering our time of receiving the order our event went in without our spirits. Sad news. We love thT we can get what we want for a reasonable price however the shipment time was not met!
