Package Delay Again! I placed an order on 12/22/2020. I paid $28.72 Shipping & Handling for Shipping Method CWS - Ground (2-5 Business Days). I checked UPS and was advised....Package Delay Updated: 12/29/2020 10:36 A.M. EST Scheduled Delivery Wednesday 01/06/2021 Estimated Time by 9:00 P.M. Is this REALLY HAPPENING AGAIN???? This is the SECOND TIME I've experienced this. I requested an adjustment for the $28.72 Shipping & Handling for Shipping Method CWS - Ground (2-5 Business Days). I have yet to receive a response. NEVER AGAIN!!!

AWFUL!! Scammers!! Placed my first and last order a week before Christmas. They blamed lack of info on shipping company. I had to initiate all communication, which was useless. I think they have a standard reply for everything. They did not even respond to my complaint! Order never received after numerous promises and guarantees. STAY AWAY!!!

Excellent Customer Service I recently purchased spirits from CWS. There was issue with the shipping. FedEx lost my package and then delivered the replacement package to the incorrect address. I contacted customer service via email and they went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. They were willing to file a lost package claim with FedEx and send a new package. Fortunately the package was located and has since been delivered. Point of all this is that the customer service that I received from CWS is very hard to find in this day and age.

Reliable Service and Excellent Selection The quality and reliability of Country Wine & Spirits is top notch. I've always received my orders from them in good conditions and in a timely manner. They have an impressive selection of spirits, and they do a good job of describing their products and highlighting interesting points. their prices are sometimes significantly above market, however, and is the one fact that leads me to sometimes shop elsewhere. But when this site has the best price, I always go with them.

First time user but definitely not the last time! Very good customer service not to mention honest! I triple ordered in error while ordering online and they caught it prior to shipping, called me to verify and corrected everything not to mention shipping the original order as promised. What I really liked about their site was the information on each item. I was ordering a gift shipment for liquor I generally do not consume and had limited knowledge. The website made it easy and when all said and done, the shipment arrived at it's destination ahead of schedule and our friends totally enjoyed the liquors selected. Well done, CHEERS!
